A Documentary worth watching is hitting our screens this year for bloggers, editors, stylists and fashionistas to gather round for the first glimpse from behind the scenes of the most glamorous event in the fashion industry’s calendar. The Met Ball Gala sees celebrities dazzle the red carpet in couture themed gowns.
The documentary will be filmed by Andrew Rossi and will focus on this year’s Met Ball co-hosted by Jennifer Lawrence. This year’s theme is entitled China: Through the Looking Glass and is taking place May 4 and will be joined by Marissa Mayer, Gong Li and the iconic US Vogue editor Anna Wintour.
The exhibition will feature representations of China and over one hundred couture pieces from leading designers such as Yves Saint Laurent, Jean Paul Gaultier and Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton/
Tucked up in bed and experiencing the glamour without spending a whopping $25,000 to gain Access to the gala, I will be most definitely watching the documentary created by Conde Nast Entertainment, Vogue and Relativity Studios.
Keep Your eyes peeled for the release date and I for one cannot wait to see what happens behind the scenes of one of the most exciting events of the year!
Will you be watching? What are you most excited for?
