Photos from behind the scenes of Cinderella 2015

The Cinderella Exhibition in association with Swarovski and Sky Movies in Leicester Square was a sneak peak of behind the scenes of Cinderella 2015 which was as glamorous as expected. Having visited for the first time on Monday with friends, I loved it so much, I decided to visit for the second time with family. I was not disappointed and what I came home with was an unrivalled excitement to see the film released on Friday 27.

Sandy Powell is a costume designer with an immense amount of creativity, innovation and understanding to combine elements of theatrical production and characterisation which are brought to life on screen by director Kenneth Branagh. The costumes were absolutely sensational and seeing in the flesh made me realise that costume design is an art in itself.

Here are a few photos taken from the exhibition which show original illustrations from the 1950 film, costumes, props and costume design illustrations by Sandy Powell.
